Yesterday, fren of mine asking what is soulmate?
so, I search the meaning of it.. hohoho... here we go...

Soulmate (or soul mate) is a term sometimes used to designate someone with whom one has a feeling of deep and natural affinity, friendship, love, intimacy, sexuality, spirituality and/or compatibility. A related concept is that of the twin flame or twin soul – which is thought to be the ultimate soulmate, the one and only other half of one's soul, for which all souls are driven to find and join. However, not everyone who uses these terms intends them to carry such mystical connotations.

Soul Mate Descriptions

Reincarnation: Some believe that a soul mate is someone with whom a person has shared other life times through reincarnation.

The soul mate could be a friend, business partner, parent, child, sibling, spouse or other family member. These soul mates can be of the same or opposite sex.

Other Half: Others believe, like the ancient Greek philosopher Plato, that a soul mate is a person's "other half". This concept was the basis of the movie, "The Butcher's Wife" where the idea of "split-aparts" searching for one another was explored.

People all over the world believe that we are all searching for someone to make us whole and to share our journey of life with.

Kimchi is favorite food for Korean.

Kimchi, also spelled gimchi or kimchee, is a traditional Korean fermented dish made of vegetables with varied seasonings, most commonly referring to the spicy baechu variety. Kimchi is the most common banchan, or side dish eaten at every Korean meal with rice. Kimchi is also a common ingredient and combined with other ingredients to make dishes such as kimchi stew (kimchi jjigae) and kimchi fried rice (kimchi bokkeumbap). Kimchi is so ubiquitous that the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) developed space kimchi to accompany the first Korean astronaut to the Russian-manned space ship Soyuz.

Nutrition and health

Kimchi is made of various vegetables and contains a high concentration of dietary fiber, while being low in calories. One serving also provides up to 80% of the daily required amount of vitamin C and carotene. Most types of kimchi contain onions, garlic, and peppers, all of which are salutary. The vegetables being made into kimchi also contribute to the overall nutritional value. Kimchi is rich in vitamin A, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), calcium, and iron, and contains a number of lactic acid bacteria, among those the typical species Lactobacillus kimchii.

Kimchi has a reputation of being a healthy food. The magazine Health named kimchi in its list of top five "World's Healthiest Foods" for being rich in vitamins, aiding digestion, and even possibly retarding cancer growth. However, some research focused on high-sodium dietary dependence has found overconsumption of kimchi and doenjang to be a risk factor in gastric cancer (most likely due to nitrates and salt) while unfermented alliums and unfermented seafood were found to be protective factors. One oncological study found one type of kimchi to be a protective factor against gastric cancer while two other types of such high-sodium kimchi as dongchimi were risk factors.

I can see that so many chili use for kimchi.. and I already sweat.. hahaha...
I think I dun wanna try it.. coz it is definetly hot and spicy seasonings..
and I... dun like it..

Morning...

Ugh... This few weeks there is no internet at night... makes me bored and unfortunately makes this blog not updated... hueeheh...

Finnaly, I have time this morning to update this, at office.. *sst.. don't tell anyone*
hihihihi...

and my interesting activities in last week.. are....
became SPG for my office at Job Fair hohoho... in last Friday... so.. interesting, tired.. coz I have to stand with high heels and gave brochures and makes me starve huehehehe... but it's fun actually... ^^

Pacific Place.. Pacific Place.. on Sunday... hohoho..
nice place.. it's like Senci.. in there... I just look around.. and cannot buy anything there coz It's quite expensive (except food ^^) hueheheh...

but the food court is so nice.. and romantic.. hihi...
too bad that I didn't bring my camera.. so I can't take a picture there..

and actually.. at Monday, I go there again for meeting (nice..) wkwkwkwk...
the pancake was delicious... nyammm...

and now.. I have to go back to work.. *sigh...

my apartment.. will miss u..

left 2 days before I have to leave my apartment..
for about 6 years I life there.. so many things happen..
from the my own unit, PH floor, stairs, the hall, lobby and the basement.. have a lot memories... happy and sad..
I ever laugh there.. even cry.. huehehe..

wish I can take a picture of every moment there.. and put in the photo album.. huehehe..
but I can't.. so, I just put in memory box in my heart...

thanks for u guys who left memory for me there.. wish u still here.. so we can take a picture there.. wkwkwk..

in my unit, now just left TV, washing machine and computer.. (can't life without computer huehehehe...)
I will miss my favorite car park.. miss buying magz in superindo.. ikan patin.. (hihi..)
will miss my apartment a lot.. hiks..
